2. Deposit Rs. 220 (slip will be given with online application form.
3. List branches/banks is mentioned on the slip
4. Attach the following documents with the printed application form:

c. Diploma
d. Diploma DMC
e. Domicile certificate (only Sindh)
f. Printed application form downloaded from www.ots.org.pk
